O chiamando i migranti “disperati” quando, come dice bene F. Gatti in Bilal, “Se arriveranno vivi in Europa, li chiameranno addirittura disperati.

This and ‘a form of racism against Italians and Europeans, this and’ the story of a 53 year old Italian citizen resident in London more ‘than 19 years, since 1997, and the’ been refused health care service called London ESA Employment and Support Allowance, a service for people who can not work for a period of illness and return to work.
After just two months of waiting since 10 November 2015, which was waiting for a ”final answer” from the application of this benefit, and after sending the form correctly and all documentation, and evidence of residence from 1997 until 2015, the office of Belfast Benefit Centre, Jobcentre Plus Plaza Building, 31-41 Chichester Street BT1 4JD- once sent the form, there was another request by the Belfast Benefit to do the tests ordinarily resident in the UK – “( Habitually Resident) – Right to reside and Habitual Residence Decision “, to pass this test an Italian living in London must be resident in the UK for five years, to pass the test of habitual residence test in the UK.
After a few days of 19 December 2015 received a letter from the Department for Work Pensions, explaining that he had not passed the test of “habitual residence” after living 19 years in the UK, and could not have any health care and had to pay all his expenses medicines, and medical examinations, the letter explained that, to be habitually resident a foreign national had to remain in the United Kingdom more than 5 years, as you can see in the letter published in English.
As usual, the new law of the English Minister Cameron “Racist in its own way”, in fact is creating ”poverty” and
high crime rates among the English population, since he began to cut benefits, in the slums of London, many problems of this kind, it also affects all the Italians, who are resident in the UK for years, and every time an Italian asks a benificio, there are always problems of this type.
There are so many Italian immigrants in the United Kingdom, and not talking about people from other continents, but by the European Union. Italians included, that in the UK, according to unofficial estimates, there are over 550 thousand. Now, however, it could come close to stem the flow across the Channel, the British government thinks in fact the introduction of “racist measures”, that they would not provide welfare to the citizens of other European countries for the first four years of residence, and to repatriate those who are unemployed for more than six months. And if these proposals were not implemented from Brussels, it does not rule out of the EU. “(Is good ..Maybe he came out)”
In the letter sent to Italian as you can see in the picture and the ‘denied habitual residence, and medical care, after presenting all the evidence of residency 1997-2015, now also being sick will have to “get a job in order to live, and return to Italy, both for visits and checks, also to deal with a delicate operation to coleciste.
(( This and ‘a form of racism against the Europeans and Italians))
